Yoga is intertwined with mediation and the practice of being present. Learning how to be more and more aware. Meditation doesn’t have to take a long time; even 5 minutes can make a huge difference! Just be patient with your mind and explore the stillness with wonder and curiosity. Stretch after exercising with YOGA
Is dedicated to staying in shape - You sweat, you work, you put in your time at the gym or on the track. Then, can you leave aside one of the most important elements in the care of your body. When exercising, you contract the muscles to make them stronger. This, of course, tense them. When your muscles are very tight, you pull the bones and this is one of the reasons most big people experience discomfort, pain and injury. If for example, if your quadriceps and hip flexors are too tight, they can pull of your femur (thigh bone) ahead of where you want to be, creating back or hip pain. Sciatica is very common, and is partially caused by this lack of alignment only - tight muscles pulling the femur to the front out of alignment, which makes the piriformus buttocks muscle to tighten around the sciatic nerve.
